Eclectic Cacti Workshop Booking Policy

1. $100 Non-Refundable Booking Fee
To reserve your date, a non-refundable $100 booking fee is required. This secures your time on our calendar and covers upfront costs including materials and prep.

2. Minimum Guest Requirement
A minimum of 10 paid participants is required. If this minimum is not met within two weeks of the scheduled workshop, we reserve the right to reschedule.

3. No Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Once your date is booked, all fees are final. This is due to the perishable nature of floral materials and the time invested in custom preparation.

4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be offered on a case-by-case basis. The original booking fee will be applied to the new date.
